General Return Conditions
- You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and protective covers attached.
- Personalized products (including items with custom names, engravings, or unique prints) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as hair bands and knee pads can only be returned if unopened and unused.
Refunds
- Once your returned items are received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- The refunded amount will include the cost of the product. Shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and issue either a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
- If you would like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
- This ensures faster processing and guarantees availability of the product you need.
- Exchanges are always subject to stock availability at the time of your new order.
International Orders
We are proud to deliver Adance products to dancers around the globe. Please note the following for international orders:
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
- Customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes are set by your country’s authorities and are non-refundable through Adance. Please contact your local customs office for more details regarding duty refunds.
- Transit times for returns may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at support@a-dan-ce.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
- In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
